The Road to Recovery begins with Understanding Addictions and the Patterns that create them . By Identifying our addictions we can begin to create a MAP providing Support and Strategies for overcoming any obstacle preventing us from moving forward in a Positive Direction.

You Must be Willing, Open and Ready to be completely honestly with yourself and your Coach, Leaning into the discomfort and being fully committed to doing the work. The more you put into this coaching relationship the more you will get out of it. 

In Today's World there is a real lack of  Leadership. We start by leading ourselves, only then we can lead others. Weather in business, within our families or our community;  we can only begin build a better world by taking Responsibility and Ownership for our own actions.

Leaders despite fear, are not afraid to go first, show their vulnerability and Take Action. There is a born Leader in each and everyone of us. They are the ones who see a problem and chose  face it head on.

Through Prep & Integration  we can begin to clear the a path to having a fulfilling journey,   navigating through discovering and the new information we have received during our journey. Once we have you returned we will begin to unpack this information and apply those insights and lessons into your everyday life.

Like Neo unplugging from the Matrix  once Awakened we can never unsee the truth. 'Life Will Never Be The Same Again'. There will be an adjustment period to viewing ourselves and the world around us in an entirely different ways.

Ever since I was a kid I have dealt with a host of cognitive and learning disabilities. Taking me over 23 years to acquire my Associates degree in Administrative Management. Two years later I obtain my Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Health & Wellness. In addition to suffering from a closed head injury I also manged to rehabilitated myself and acquire a Diploma in Massage Therapy. Regardless of the many obstacles and set backs in my life, I have been successful in obtaining most of my goals and desired outcomes. The Secret is 'Don't Give Up!'

The Universe is constantly giving me signs. Signs that I am on the Right Path. Signs that I am called to this Mission to raise the conscious vibration of the planet, assisting as many people as possible to achieve their goals and a life of abundance. Breaking free of limiting beliefs, self sabotage and lack of confidence are just a few of the skills I can assist you in overcoming. The truth is 'You Can Do Anything That You Put Your Mind To'. With the right MindSet, a strong Desire, Faith that you can do it and an Action Plan, together we can work towards reaching your goals.
