Together  we will start Closing the Gap to get you where you want to be. Knowing  what you want and why you want it are the first steps in reaching your desired outcomes .

 This 24 session plan with help you begin to develop an ACTION PLAN to get there.   Understanding of you 'Old Story' and the triggers that keep you repeating patterns which no longer serve you. 

Once you Understand and recognize  these patterns  reaching your Goals and overcome obstacles will become easier and easier, the more you Practice. 

Creating Lasting Change takes Commitment. With the 36 session A Plan you will be making that extra effort   and allowing yourself the time needed to start making Lasting Changes, putting your Action Plan to work where you can see the results of your efforts having some bench marks to look back on and review your progress.

By Mastering the tools of Pattern Interruption, living in a Beautiful State and learning how to change you physiology instantly you will now be equipped to handle any situation or deal with any circumstances . 

Once learned these tools are something that you will rely on for the rest of you life and you will never fall into your old patterns and Story again.
